One user utterance → one cloud response = one turn. Tool loops inside that response don’t multiply the meter. Local-only replies never count.

ChatterCloud is run by Chatterbox Labs — a managed mix of mid-size and frontier-class models (we route for quality/latency, not brand theater). You choose region (US or EU). We don’t train on your boost content by default; enterprise DPA available at ship.
